Good health is an important part of feeling happy and motivated in your life. We tend to take it for granted until something goes wrong. Whether you’ve got a diagnosed medical condition or you feel just ‘not quite right’ in some area of your health, it’s time to take a holistic approach to your well-being. A naturopathic consult can help you understand why, what treatments will work best for you and redefine your pathway to optimal health.

What to expect in the consult
The initial visit is usually 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. During this time a thorough case history is taken which includes details of current and past health conditions and a review of diet, lifestyle and environmental factors, which may influence health status.

Diet and lifestyle education will enable you to make the appropriate long-term changes, which are essential to maintain good health.

Every person is different so each treatment is prescribed to support you as an individual.

I love feeling healthy, happy and motivated and so can you. Accept the beauty and joy of the present, become optimistic, and look forward to the future with joyful expectation. Join me in the health journey!
