Philosophy of Kinesiology

Kinesiology treats the body as a whole organism. All aspects of a person being mental, emotional, physical and spiritual are balanced to bring about wellbeing. Kinesiology does not treat named diseases or diagnose them. Kinesiology recognises that there are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to the muscles, but also the organs, tissues, emotions – the body as a whole.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a combination of ancient Eastern science and Western muscle monitoring that balances the body’s energy system to bring about health and wellbeing.

Kinesiology uses muscle testing as a bio feedback tool to access the subconscious mind and identify the bottom line cause of a problem or imbalance. The subconscious mind holds all our memories and information about our physical, emotional, mental and energetic states and also determines our muscle tension. Kinesiology can correct imbalances caused by past memories, trauma, fears, negative experiences and belief systems that can begin to impact our lives in a negative way.

Kinesiology can assist with the following:

• Emotional stress
• Anxiety
• Physical pain/pain reduction
• Digestive disorders
• Headaches/migraines
• Fatigue/tiredness
• Hormonal imbalances
• Confidence and self esteem
• Learning difficulties
• Depression
• Fears
• Phobia
• Trauma
• Personal and spiritual growth
