Myotherapy is a physical therapy, primarily hands on, that centres on prevention, correction and rehabilitation of all soft tissue conditions. A Myotherapist uses effective techniques such as deep soft tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, passive and active muscles stretching, heat therapy, myofascial dry needling and other associated modalities.

Sports massage

Sports massage is a specialised form of massage therapy which focuses on enhancing athletic performance and improving post-event recovery for professional or amateur athletes. Sports and Deep Tissue Massage is beneficial for areas of the body that have been overworked through sporting or occupational activities.
