Holly Wignall is a qualified Clinical Naturopath, with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) Degree, and an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). She has also been a practicing Myotherapist (RMIT) since 2002. Her passion is the nervous system, mental health and digestive complaints.

What to expect in the consult
The initial visit is usually 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. During this time a thorough case history is taken which includes details of current and past health conditions and a review of diet, lifestyle and environmental factors, which may influence health status.

Diet and lifestyle education will enable you to make the appropriate long-term changes, which are essential to maintain good health.

Every person is different so each treatment is prescribed to support you as an individual.

Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness based on the principle that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself. Using the healing power of nature and gentle therapeutic techniques. The body, mind and emotions are supported during the healing process.
